Thanks for the support guys. I really felt bad but I was in-between work shifts and so tired from work that I didn't properly plan a meal in-between. I can tell that this wont be a regular occurrence because I feel gross from eating that mess. :/

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome! I lost 8 lbs by increasing my water intake, joined a gym 3 weeks ago and I do 60 mins each visit 3-4x a week doing both cardio and strength training. I JUST started watching my calories when I discovered the MFP app almost a week ago.
