You are GORGEOUS! I love the outfit and you must feel on top of the world right now. If you went from a size 20 something to 14 in 7 months, I have NO DOUBT you will reach a size 12, maybe even by Christmas ;).

Bump I'm in! I become a stay at home mom next week and things will need to change! :)

Great job! I remember losing 5 lbs the first week and I was SOOOOO motivated. I then lost 21 lbs total (actually 23 at one point) in 3 months and I did NOTHING uhealthy. Some weeks were a big loss (never the 5lbs again, but 2 and 3 here and there) and some no loss at all. Keep up the good work.

This is amazing, thanks for sharing!

This! I always try to save calories for a glass or two of wine :). It's my relaxation time when the kids go to bed!

Love and caring is far more important than money in my eyes. I think there should be a psychological test depicting if you are capable of being a loving, caring, and nurturing parent before "allowing" you to reproduce. On the other hand, I do see your point...IF a family is already on assistance and struggling to keep a…

OMG, I'm so glad I'm not alone...I feel like I should be wearing Depends, especially during the jump rope! What babies do to our bodies :) thankfully they are cute and worth it!

Exactly this! The second round of shoulder raises really kills me. Also, I'm not a big fan of the jump rope round 2...

Great job!!!

I'm doing a 30 Day Shred Challenge with some of my mfp friends starting this Monday...if you would like to join us, add me! :)

That sounds amazing! Thank you for sharing... Also, I always bake my squash with skin ON (sliced in half, flesh down in a little water) for an hour at 350 degrees. It's a lot easier than peeling and cubing. The peel puckers and comes right off when baked, then you could cut into cubes and finish recipe. I can't wait to try…

Grilled chicken snack wraps!

My son also loves pita and hummus which is super easy.

On nights like this...chicken nuggets, hot dogs, or grilled cheese...add a veggie and a piece of whole wheat bread and butter...VOILA!

I'm 5'4" SW (after baby): 189 SW MFP: 165 CW: 143 GW: 140 UGW: 134 It's not about being "thin" it's about being "healthy!" Whatever you feel best at is where you should be :).

I would personally start shopping around so you know THE dress you want but I wouldn't order anything until January or February when you have a better idea of what size you will be :).
-
That's AWESOME! What a great feeling!

I completely agree with this statement. It makes me feel good to do it and I do involve my son, he colors on them typically. It sets a good example.

I've always done "Thank you" cards since year one and yes I do expect them...although we don't always get them. Hope that helps! :)

I LOVE this! Exactly! I get a kick out of people saying "I'm glad I had my kids early, now they're gone and I'm still young...I can do whatever I want." I did whatever I wanted when I REALLY WAS young, now I have clarity, stability, and more to give. Of course this was my experience, it really just depends on you and your…

I had great pregnancies and the birth experience seems so quick looking back on it...my first birth was very painful but once I held my son in my arms, I knew I wanted to do it again right way. My second birth was a good experience. Everyone is different! I have some good advice when you're ready for it :).
-
Hahaha...so true!!! It's the most difficult yet most rewarding thing ever...to say it's a life change is an understatement :).

I was 32 when I had my son and 35 when I had my daughter...Our wedding was in August 2008 and we were planning on starting right away. I knew I wanted to be done having children by 35, just a personal decision. Anyway, we were hoping to get pregnant in October, then OOPS...found out I was pregnant 2 weeks before our…

Smart thinking!

OMG, this did happen to me with my first "decade." I didn't lose or stayed relatively the same and then gained a couple of pounds before losing again. I just hit my second last week...oh now, now I'm scared to weigh in Wednesday. That's too odd!
-
I love it! You do look great BTW!

The mixer has no calories. Vodka is roughly 70 calories for a 1 ounce shot. I use a 1.5 ounce shot glass (I believe most are), so about 100 calories.
