I don't pre-plan so much as I pre-log my lunch and snacks. I have a bunch of healthy meals I have frozen up to take for lunch and I add some healthy snacks. I'll put all that in, so I see how many calories I have left for supper. It is a good incentive to get in my 15-min breaks and lunchtime steps...

MAR 19 daily tracking - 80% of the time - logging on every day 10,000 steps - getting there, got sick and fell back a bit, but 2-3 days a week? weekends - better - healthy snacks in the house - baby carrots for when I lack control real food - grilling on the George Foreman! CW 205!!

You might be too aggressive, but you might just need healthier snacks? Light Greek yogurt and measured out pretzels, along with fruits and veggies keep me rolling. Muscle weigh is greater than fat and 5 lbs a week is losing it too fast? I'd pay more attention to inches than a scale if I was as active as you are. Cut yourself some slack! It's a long-haul thing, not a quick fix...

I've always liked Crystal Light. But I almost never use it as strong as they suggest - I put it in a 20 oz bottle of water or else it is too sweet for me.
