Everyone swears by the Polar models. I have one and I love it! Make sure to get one with a chest strap -- they're more accurate.

Any of the Crunch workouts are really good. I like the Crunch: Super Slim Down video. It's a Yoga/Pilates video. It's definitely a challenge but lots of fun.

I have a lot of luck at Kohls. They have a big selection of jeans. Levi's are my favorite. Also you should give Lane Bryant a shot. You might be surprised. Their clothes are very trendy and I never have to worry about finding my size. I'm 22 and have found a lot of cute, age appropriate things to wear. Good luck!

I told myself, well mom and dad are willing to take me out to dinner almost every night now. When I live on my own I won't be going out to…

Everyday is different and sometimes you'll slip up. Even if it's accidental. And did you know it takes 3500 extra calories to gain one pound? So 500 extra yesterday…

Actually muscle needs more energy to live. The more muscle you gain, the more energy needed to feed it. Although your weight numbers might not change as much, you'll be burning more fat daily. This doesn't mean you should try to start bench pressing 100 pounds. I'm just trying to alleviate your worry that you'll gain…
