Cutting it in pieces and trying to swallow them as I drink the tea. Also try mixing lemon, ginger and cinnamon all with your green tea.

Aww ya weight loss either works two ways. Either you start loosing weight fast then it goes slow cuz you lost water weight. The other is when you do so much but do not see too much results but after a few months the pounds drop like crazy!!

No not more than a month. I don't do jumping jacks all the time anyways. I have noticed this happens usually when it is pending or my last period was 3 weeks ago. So its not that. But I use the treadmill and jog nothing happens from that just jumping jacks and even if I do only 50 it causes my periods to come.

This is very helpful thank you and omg yes my doctor said I should quit white rice cuz my blood sugar level was a bit high. Will switching to brown rice fix that? Or should I just quite rice for good?

my doctor said it is better if i eat brown rice rather than white rice

but people say white rice has more starch so it is more fattening that is why.
