a lot of people on this site always suggest nuts, but they're really high in saturated fat. are there no alternatives which can boost cals without going over sat fat?

I don't really know how to make it properly, and i've never had it for breakfast but I used to have it for my tea when i was on a carb free diet (someone told me that they had no carbs in and i believed them haha) and i used vegetable stock to make it taste better so you have it with porridge?

people on here have said in the past that they wouldnt count those burnt calories as exercise cals because its not intentional exercise and your heart rate wont be high for a sustained period of time. personally I wouldnt count these calories either :smile:

yes everything is small, compared to the USA, but that is because we have the same land area as Michigan (actually a little less) with 62 million people squeezed in haha (they have only 10mil) but yeah, im going to Florida in the summer, and i am SOOO scared about the flight. I was thinking about taking some sleeping pills.

well when I lost 3stone and went down to 119lbs i still felt like i was big, always wanting to lose more weight, but i think that was cause i was bordering on an eating disorder... i just never think i'll be happy with my weight but definitely not happy with it at the moment (144lbs)

how are they not constantly starving?? i couldn't survive with that, i'd end up snacking on everything in sight as soon as i was hungry

HAHAHA at the wee. Mine isn't clear enough yet :D. Well done to everyone for your accomplishments. This week I have followed my workout plan to the T, even when I didn't feel like it. I also resisted having full fat hot choc and had skinnycow with water instead, I am so proud.
