Thanks for the advice folks!! I survive yesterday without snacking only a protein shake after workout and I felt good. I am trying to not snack. And I don't eat before bed because a trainer said that on TV, (Dr Oz)...

I try to do 1300 cals but sometimes I go over. As I exercise I am very hungry.
