Almost 53 as my daughter would say. 37 pounds down 18 to go. Have recently started yoga and lifting since I can't do a lot of cardio with my bad joints.

I am post menopausal and have that midsection fat. I have already lost 41 pounds..slowly as I have RA and many other osteo problems. I would like to lose another 20-30 pounds but have been stalled for a long time. Any suggestions that are easy on the joints?

Don't be discouraged. Talk about slow...it has taken me 2 years to get and keep off 44 pounds. I am within 20 pounds of my goal and it has slowed down even more. Sounds like you have plenty of advice. I would go with the TDEE and subtract 500 cals/day. And drink t least 8 glasses of water. Anyhoo...Just wanted to wish you all the best!!
