Wow, that article is old. I remember watching that TV series- and I also remember the aftermath. There was so much criticism for making her the winner because they said no one would want a model that weight- which sadly seems to be true as she has disappeared since them.

At 14 your body is still developing. When I was 14 my body shape was so different to what it is now- in the space I developed hips, boobs and I shot up. Don't get too caught up in dieting right now when body changes are inevitable anyway, just wait til youre older and enjoy being young!

I feel this so much! I think part of it is due to the fact that I don't *need* to lose weight, so whenever I'm craving food I remind myself that I'm not actually overweight and then I go ahead and eat everything... My love of food is greater than my desire to lose weight!

Now I feel like I have big carves, 15.5 at 149lbs and they're all fat :(

I wouldn't say it's to do with weight- it's all about confidence. I'm in the 'ideal' category and I'm as single as it is physically possible to be. Having good self esteem, and finding the right person, is much more important.

I thought it was a little high but I guess the baking needs to be intense and quick to get the right consistency... It worked anyhow :)

I've always found Gap came up very big.. Last year I got a summer dress from there in a size 6.. it wasn't even tight (and no the dress wasn't meant to be loose). It may have just been that particular garment but considering I went into the changing rooms with a 12 it's quite a difference..

I love having one plain rice cake with sweet chilli sauce- v. Yummy and under 60 cals!

A special k bar- apricot and peach. Sounds boring but they are so yummy- I prefer them to chocolate!

I used to THINK I was hungry alll the time... but after learning to count every chew of my food, eat slower, drink more water and most importantly LEARNING THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BEING HUNGRY AND NOT BEING FULL (i could NOT do this before!!)... i'm finally learning to eat less :)

ginger is meant to be good for nausea... I find anything too sweet makes it worse so maybe some plain toast?
