I use a phone app called "Body mApp - Body tracker" by Silver Knight Corp. It tells you what and where to measure, plus keeps the history of your progress. I don't know if it available for Android, but if not, I am sure there is something like it. I hope it helps!

I weigh myself everyday, but I actually record once a week on the same day/time as the previous weigh-in. Most important of all is TAKE MEASUREMENTS! You'd be surprised how sometimes your weight may be the same or more, but you actually lose inches, specially when you have been doing your program for a couple of weeks.…

BUMP! This recipe sounds YUMMY! I wonder if using 1/2 cup of almond milk (original) and 1 1/2 of stock instead would help make it creamier while adding the sweetness and it would only add 5 calories per serving...hmmm. Either way, I will be trying this recipe soon! THANKS FOR POSTING!

When I cook pasta, I cook the whole package and then divide the servings equally so I know exactly how many calories on each portion and provides for several meals. It is easier for me than to cook single servings at a time. Now, if you want to be exact, then measure it dry. :)

I eat General Mills TOTAL cereal with 1 cup of almond milk. TOTAL is loaded with vitamins. It is not the yummiest, but the sweetness from the almond milk helps!
