I fully understand how you feel.My mom and being abused as a child left me with fears and anxiety. I thought about taking up martial arts,at least that will give me more confidence in kicking someone's *kitten*.

I like that I can say that my goal is 900 calories on Wednesdays and not get that 'you aren't eating enough' pop up. I think that they offer a 30 day trial to check it out. I like it because my goals are different everyday,if I ate say 1500 cal a day,with the same macros,then no.

I'm no WW fan,but they DO NOT tell you to overindulgence in the zero point fruits,NoPE! That was still your choice,and even it it was 'allowed' you know that eating a whole watermelon or copious amounts of any zero point food will not end well.

Why were you told to cut your water intake? How much are you drinking? I don't see anything wrong with seeing a nutritionist,but you can find most things online for free if price is an issue... Or maybe you can see the nutritionist 1-2 times and get as much info as you can.Good luck!

Nope, because you still have to count the points. If I go to a restaurant I still have to look up the points, the same as looking up the calories (and their Scanner,app,and website SUCKS!!!). The WW program gave me Way more calories then MFP..like 900 more, but WW is a business why would they want me losing 2lbs a week?…

I keep my carbs under 100.Today I had bacon,dunkin donuts,popeye's Chicken,carrot cake and pizza!!!!!(not a usual day-Birthday celebration)..But, I still stayed under my carbs...works for me.

I lose at least 2lbs a week at 1600 ish..I walk daily, but I rarely eat those calories back unless im actually hungry. I set MFP to lose 2lbs a week and sedentary..the extra walking calories are there if I need them.

One of my best friends eats one meal a day, she has never been fat..at least not in the 12 years that I've known her. Her one meal a day is always KFc or fast food, but hey..she has been a size 6 forever so to each their own and congrats on your weight loss!

Try to get more protein and less corn flakes,I find that it helps me to eat a protein and Fat rich breakfast..it keeps me from feeling hungry all day. also eat some fat with your fruit. Like nuts.
