No loss this week :(. I will also have to up my game, and cut some carbs out, I do so much better on a high protein diet. It helps me stay in control of what I eat. Happy Hump Day everyone. Hope we all have great on target days! Went to the gym and did 60 minutes of kick-boxing this morning, "whew" what a workout. If felt great. I really feel like I am getting stronger every workout. Go Team Villians!!!!!!

I count vacuuming, as I vacuum upstairs and down. With my HRM i tracked that i burn 198 calories in 30 minutes. So you bet i count that.

Have you ever tried on a Victoria Secrets Bra? My daughter took me there a couple of months ago, I'm a 38 DD, and I was shocked at how well the bra fit. I would have dared go in there before, but I am hooked on the bra's now. Most comfy bra I have ever worn. I like the Cotton Lingerie line.

I love the Walk Away the Pound DVD's. I did the 3 mile walk to day and burned 678 calories in 45 minutes.l I use the DVD's on the days I don't make it to the gym .
