Not all of them do but i know some of them will. I think it is a lot to do with the fact that it is done so quickly that they cant adjust at home to 'normal' life! Slow and steady wins the race!

I normally gain an average of 2lb a week on P weeks. I do tend to have a big loss the week after though. Although this does vary depending on how far in the cycle I weigh in! Although I know it will happen it is still dis-heartening when it does x

Hey, I would say if you are not too bothered about the weight as long as you are feeling good and seeing the changes then don't worry about the scales. If you want to keep a track of the weight to make sure your daily routine is working for you, then either look for the scales or maybe go somewhere like Boots once a week…

I have never thought of myself as being particularly pretty but I am definitely more attractive when i am slimmer. I look a lot older than 25 at the moment too! Maybe a lot of it is confidence... something i am SERIOUSLY lacking and looking forward to getting back!
