I'm thinking about trying the e-cig too. I bought one for my husband, he's a pack a day smoker, but of course, he doesn't use it. I'm not that bad, a pack lasts me a week. But I know when I start running again, the regular cigs will hold me back.

I was gonna try that shake until I saw that it's over $100 bucks and they put you on auto ship! Unless you can get a sample somewhere, I don't see spending that type of money. Just buy a protein shake to help with your cravings.

You are not eating enough. You never should eat less than what you are buring overall. Your body is in starvation mode.Plus, as you get near your goal,it will take longer to lose, than when you started.

I started weighing about 193, wore size 14 (my biggest ever!) I now weigh 182, wearing a size 8 (YAY!!). My weight hasn't gone down too much (obviously) but I am losing crazy body fat, while building lean mass. I would like to lose 20 more pounds, really focusing on my bf %. I'm 5'7

I love doing high intensity training, I do it 3 days a week. It's the most time efficient cardio workout for me!

I discovered that my sodium intake was WAY too high as well. The canned soups are the culprit, looks like I need to start making my own soups too!

You're not eating enough. Shoot for 40% carbs, 30% fat & 30% protein. You workout nearly everyday and eating WAY too little calories. You are starving that muscle. I do cardio and weights with a daily goal to burn 400 calories a day. I eat about 1600. I do not eat my exercise calories (which I should). Try uping your…

I do the same. Take calories burned from my HRM and enter under cardio.

I just got done with my workout, doing weights first for 30 minutes, then cardio (HIIT) for another 30 minutes. I feel awesome doing it this way!
