It's to freaking HOT!! I hate eating in the summer because I LOVE hot food and the last thing you want to do is put a hot meal in your gut when its 95 outside. BLAH!

Sounds like BS to me! Anything that makes you feel insecure that he is doing should be stopped even if it is playing a game on the internet. I think if he's doing something that makes you feel bad it's disrespectful.

I haven't read them but I have read the Sookie Stackhouse series by Charlaine Harris and I LOVED IT! It's along the same lines with vamps and were's but there's MORE! My recommendations.

Almost everyday I go over in sugar. I eat a lot of fruit as snacks because the little burst of energy I get from it helps me make it through the rest of the day. Does anyone else have this problem? Should I cut back on my fruit to stay within the sugar range? I always assumed it was natural sugar and it didn't matter, but…

1 small banana 1 cup of light chocolate soy milk Ice Blend. Next time my DH wants to go out for ice cream after dinner I'm giving him this. He always wants chocolate banana shakes.

Something else I've noticed that helps is a positive attitude. If you don't think you can do something then you can't. Go in to it with a positive attitude and the mind set that it may take a couple tries to accomplish it. :happy:

I don't drink milk either because I am Lactose Intolerant. So I drink Soy, Rice or Almond milk. I make sure I take my calcium supplements and I don't think about it. My doctor said as long as I am taking a supplement I will be okay.

I have also lost mine. I went from a D to a C and I still have about 30 lbs I want to lose so I'm assuming the worst. My DH calls me bitty ti**ies :cry: But hey I guess I can just buy them back later! :drinker:

Download the podcast from itunes called couch to 5k by Robert Ullrey. Its a 9 week program that builds you up to running a 5k and I think its from the website coolrunnings.com Good Luck! I did it and I loved it and it was so easy.:drinker:

Down load Couch to 5k from itunes. Its a 9 week program that builds you up to running a 5k and its VERY easy. I can run 3 miles and 9 weeks ago I couldn't run for 2 minutes.

No. :frown: All day long it was horrible! The buffet of cheese dip and bread and chili got to me...AND then the candy when I was craving something sweet after all of the salt. FAIL! Today is another day though.

I've decided to do the hundred push-ups challenge and I read the description of a push up, but it didn't say if you had to go all the way to the floor or not. If I have to go all the way to the floor I can do 3 push ups... If I go about half way down then I can do 7!! So what is it?
