Everytime you go to the holiday treat table to pick up a cookie, remind yourself where you want to be next Christmas. That is what I asked myself.

This year has been a journey. One that I am so glad I took.

    Thanks everyone! SO SO SO MUCH!!!!
    I am not at my goal, that is for sure, but I felt like I needed to put this out there for myself because with the stress of this week, I would normally just turn to the comfort of food. I needed to remind myself that I have worked so hard and to stay on track.

    This site (THANKS MIKE) and you people have been the best I could ask for. :flowerforyou: I have made some awesome relationships here and I am so thankful.

    To my friends that I speak to daily, thank you for always boosting me up. Without your encouragement I would be lost.
