Secret is....do not give yourself permission to fail.

I lost 74 lbs, 56 of them just doing mfp. I started my journey in Jan. and this site in July.

You can do it, if you believe that you can.

Secret is....do not give yourself permission to fail.

I think this is really profound and simple at the same time. I do permit myself to fail and it's a decision I make and I have all the power. Nobody else puts food in my mouth. I am completely in control and this is something I decide to do.

Blaming others is giving myself permission to fail.

Not planning is giving myself permission to fail.

Turning off the alarm when I planned to exercise in the morning is giving myself permission to fail.

Starting now, I'm giving myself permission to succeed!
