Probably 1200 cal was too little for you. I started with that amount but started feeling dizzy so I increased my cal and I lose the same Amt.

Wow! I didn't know Netflix had exercise DVD's and I didn't even think to look. Thanks for the info. I will definitely work out more at home, when I'm too lazy to go to the gym. What's your favorite?

Yesssss!!! I took classes at the gym and absolutely LOVED it!! It doesn't burn about of cal but it definitely helps tone your waistline. Other dances are better for losing weigh but belly dancing is a low impact dance to tone your abs.

Try Fiber one Brownie Bar. It's 90 cal and very good. It always satisfies my sweet tooth. I have a huge sweet tooth as well.

I have lost like 8.6 lbs in 3 weeks. I am super strict, I measure everything and only drink water. I exercise 5 times a week. It is hard to keep this lifestyle but I try to remember that I want a better body. What kind of exercise do you do?

I have a good tip. Help out the CNAs with lifting patients and transferring or other stuff. It helps get in some exercise and burn extra calories. Well one of my fav snacks is shredded chicken mixed with cottage cheese and a little bit of mustard. Then I put it on a romaine lettuce heart and roll it up. I buy their Tofu, Vegetables, low sodium rice cakes, hOney pretzel sticks, salads, my absolute favorite item of trader joes is Pasadena salad. It's so good, but a lot of calories.

I eat just the egg white. I eat like 3 for breakfast for only 51. It is low in calories and the yolk has a lot of cholesterol, plus I dont really like the yolk too much.

Definitely get the Biggest loser one. It is an intense workout and the just dance 2 will leave you out of breath and it's fun to dance. Those are my two favorite wii games to exercise.

It's important to eat like an hour before you donate blood. Never donate blood on an empty stomach. Trust me, I did it before and fainted. Eat a lot of iron rich foods that day and lots of water and you should be fine.

I think it depends on where you carry it. Most of my fat is on face and stomach so I lose it there first, then gradually my other body parts slim down as well.

I too struggle with this a lot because I have a major sweet tooth. I usually eat 100 calorie cookies and eat them very slow to enjoy every bite. It is a really good workout. I've done it in the pass but gave up because I was discouraged but I would love to join.

How about snacking more during the day between meals, that way you are full at night. It works good for me. I eat like 6 times a day; three meals and snacks in between and I always feel full after dinner till the next morning.
