This really works. I weighed before and after the cleanse and Im down 5lbs. Of course It may be the 800cals Ive been eating each day. Maybe If I increase to 900cals I will lose more next time.

I do Midnight to midnight. If its eaten at 1159pm It goes on today if its 1201am its tomorrow.

When it comes to tuna fish its open can insert fork for me. Tuna steaks otoh I usually use a mango,pineapple chutney or apricot preserves

If it has a calorie it goes in the log. Only way to know for sure what you consumed for the day.

While I think MFP does overestimate a bit, you need to remember that your bike does not know how much you weigh. The more you weigh the more you burn in that same amount of time.
