    In the evening 20mg clobazam (been on the same dose and same med for 21 years...Docs are afraid to take me off it)
    Multi, usually either One-A-Day Women's OR Active-X For Women (depends on the season/what I'm training for)

    When in real need of it..Tylenol xtra strength as needed, usually 2 caps
