Tae Bo is a pretty good cardio workout. Jillian Michaels also has a video that doesn't require weights and is a pretty good cardio workout. I can't remember which one it is, but it is either Banish Fat Boost Metabolism or 6 WEEK SIX-PACK.

I use Stevia drops (chocolate or vanilla flavored) or mix it with a tiny bit of Walden Farms Sugar Free chocolate tip. Then I mix it with strawberries or granola.

I hardly ever eat cereal for breakfast because I never feel full afterwards and because most of them have too much sugar. My 4 year old daughter loves Barbara's Shredded Spoonfuls and I will often eat it as an afternoon snack. It's very low in sugar and high in fiber and made with all natural ingredients.

Check out Think Thin bars. They are high in fiber and protein and low in sugar. My favorite one is a white chocolate nut bar that is only 190 calories.

Instead of wearing old baggy t-shirts with writing on them, buy solid colored tees fitted for a woman. You'll still be comfortable but will feel more girly.

I do a 25 - 40 minute workout at 6 a.m. before the kids get up. I weigh myself almost daily but don't beat myself up over small fluctuations throughout the week. One thing I would recommend is weighing yourself at the same time everyday to keep things consistent.

The first time I did 30DS, I did it every day for 30 days without any issues. I too had to modify the push-ups but still got a good workout. I was also doing another weight workout 2 - 3 times a week with heavier weights (8-10 pounds) so I made sure to keep my 30DS weights at 2 pounds to reduce the risk of injury.

I think most people enter 30DS as circuit training. I log it as 24 minutes. Not sure about Just Dance, was wondering about that one myself.

I try to always log it too, especially if I'm cooking for just myself or if I've entered the entire recipe into MFP.

You may want to try adding some strength training to your exercise program. I walk about 30 minutes a day including hills to take my kids to school and it really doesn't burn that many calories. It's a great exercise, but I would add strength too.

My son has diabetes and one of his favorite low carb snacks / lunch items is greek yogurt. We buy the plain flavor and then add liquid stevia drops to it. You could add a little bit of chopped nuts to it as well, for added flavor.

I just finished up Level 2 and so far I really like it. I don't think you will bulk up a lot by doing this video because it's only 27 minutes and most people only use 3 to 5 pound weights. I would try to eat something really small at home when you first get up and then eat another mini breakfast in the car on the way to work.

Check to see if the hotel where you are staying has a fitness center available or find places nearby to walk or jog. If you bring a laptop along you could bring some workout DVDs or download videos from Exercise TV.
