Nope, in fact today I did circuits at the park. I like being outside and if other people are out there I highly doubt they are even thinking about what I am doing. And at the gym, everyone is there getting their sweat on so I definitely don't worry about judgment there. :)

That happens to mine from time to time. I find that if I hand wash it with soap everytime, then throw it in the washer (not the dryer) once a week, I don't have that problem. It's so irritating when it doesn't track accurately!

Thank you! I am going to stick it out for a while and see what happens. The boot camp that I do and the workouts with my trainer are always pretty intense and include a lot of resistance. So it comes out to two low intensity days and two high intensity days. Unfortunately my current schedule doesn't allow for anymore…

Thanks Season! :) I think I will do just that. I am just a smidge concerned though because my trainer is all about the 1250 plan and I guess I care too much about what other people think. I will give this plan a chance to see if it does work.

Yeah, I definitely have a unique build for a girl. I will say that I am very strong, and have a lot of muscle mass. That was what I thought made it high. Maybe it is "off"? Are those tests reliable? It was just resting, breathing into the neoprene mask that is attached by tubes to a computer/machine. I do cardio 2-3 times…

Are you making sure you are well hydrated? Was this a drastic cut in calories for you? If it is, it could just be your body getting used to working with less calories. It could also be detoxing from a high sugar/high sodium diet. It should subside in a week or so. If it doesn't, go in and get checked out. :)

I would keep a focus on salads. You can get pre-cooked, pre-sliced chicken or steak to put on top. Fresh fruits and veggies. Tuna. Kashi granola bars, Nature Valley Granola bars, Emerald has 100 calorie packs of cocoa roast and cinnamon roasted almonds, beef jerky, turkey jerky. I'm sure there are shelf stable "healthy"…
