I stick to vodka with soda water and lime. It's actually very refreshing and the only calories are from the vodka. It tastes likes sparkling water with lime.

I measure myself once a week. They recommend every 2-3 weeks though.

You can do a very simple calf muscle exercise. Stand up and go up onto your tippy toes and then go straight down until you almost touch the floor. Up and down. Up and down. I have the same plan each week. Mon - Thurs I wake up early and go workout for an hour at the gym before I get my toddler up then go to work.
