Dehydration is not just based on the amount of your liquid intake you could still be dehydrated if you are having this problem. If you don't have enough electrolytes you will be dehydrated. Take it from someone who has been dehydrated a lot. And please eat at least 1200 calories this could actually effect your problem

If you know where you are going out to eat and can find out the calories in advance you should be able to eat out and cookout... I do this often and am just fine on the 1200 base plan. It really just depends on your portion size. And another thing that I always do is just drink water. Its not as fun as beer or whatever…

How long has this been going on for? The same thing happened to me for about 2 weeks maybe a little longer...no weight loss and no inches lost. Then I hurt my ankle and couldnt work out and funny enough the inches and pounds started coming off...

When you entered in all your information my fitness pal should have told you how many calories to eat per day to lose one to two pounds a week. Don't go under 1200 you will lose your metabolism...the range between 1200-1500 is really good for losing weight

1200 calories is the bare minimum a woman should be eating per day is what I heard from my doctor so I don't think going over the bare minimum a little is that bad. And Ive always heard you should eat 6 times a day so a few snacks can't be too bad as long as they are healthy and not a ton of calories. Im trying to stay…

I've always felt like I gain water weight when on my period but I do seem to weigh less when its over... Idk if that's because I have cramps and don't eat as much or if I'm burning more calories. No science in this answer just my experience
