Thanks for the portobello cap pizza recipe, davidwhitt! I totally LOVED it! I used Cadia's Organic Roasted Garlic Tomato Pasta Sauce, Trader Joe's nitrate-free black forest ham, fresh basil and onion chives from my herb garden, and a sprinkling of parmesan! It was FANTASTIC!

Food Inc. is fantastic! It motivated me to eat more organic and naturally-raised meats and dairy products (I only buy organic nonfat milk now!). I couldn't find a free version of Food Inc. online though! Let me know if you can, I'd love to watch it again. This was the next best thing.
