    I think watching Food, Inc would put anyone off meat, and that just about excludes everything fast food related in it's own right.

    Food Inc. is fantastic! It motivated me to eat more organic and naturally-raised meats and dairy products (I only buy organic nonfat milk now!).

    I couldn't find a free version of Food Inc. online though! Let me know if you can, I'd love to watch it again. This was the next best thing.

    You guys should also see "Fat Head"! It's a guy that proves you can lose weight while eating fast food. I wouldn't do it myself, but he made some really good points there.

    I've seen that Fat Head movie and I thought it was BS. Sure you can lose weight if you count calories but why would you want to eat such unhealthy food?
