Don't do the frozen dinners high in sodium like everyone says. Cook enough for leftovers and freeze them. Measure your portions and put in Glad disposable containers. Yes, walking works. I started out by walking 30 mins in the a.m. and 30 mins in the evening. Keeps the metabolism going. Use the calorie count and walk and you should notice weight loss. Now I walk 30 mins and ride a stationary bike for 40 mins. At least 4-5 times a week. Keep up the hard work and good luck.

Wrong. I quit smoking, starting dieting and exercise all on the same day. April 10, 2010. I have lost 40 lbs. I find that when I wanted a cigarette I would go exercise instead of smoking.
