Diet starts Monday

Hi, I'm new to the site. Have been exercising hard with my great friend and fitness mate Jo (jsjewhit) for around a month and have started on a 2 week stint of diet chef today. Was trying to keep my diet low carb and generally healthier, but was still eating too much so I'm hoping this fortnight will give me the kickstart in need to relearn my portion sizes. I'm a complete yoyo dieter so this time I'm hoping to get back down to a healthy BMI and stay that way!
