My husband said he likes when I refer to him as hubby, and I don't mind being called wifey. It's just a playful thing. Besides I've heard women refer to their husbands they don't like as @ssholes, not "hubby."

Either wait until evening time or get up early and exercise before it gets too warm. I hate running in the heat and it's hard to breathe, but it's gotta be done! I ran at 8pm when it was still 85 out and 75% humidity.

I just ran my first 5K last month and loved it! (even though I thought I was going to die in the heat and humidity!) I can't wait to run another one, and even up to doing BIGGER races. Good luck, and have fun!!

Add some honey and a little granola, but maybe buy a vanilla flavored greek yogurt. The "plain" stuff is pretty hard to adjust to.

I have FINALLY made it to 5K! Running my first race on Sunday. It takes me about 32 minutes to run that, so I'm not very fast!

From my experience as an OB/GYN nurse the doctor I worked with DID NOT recommend the paraguard due to long, heavy periods. The Mirena has a small amount of hormone that is localized in your uterus so really should not have that much impact on weight gain. I think it will be very difficult to go from NO PERIODS to HEAVY…

Well, I'm not quite doing the high intensity training like Insanity or P90X, but I do run and love to Zumba and Tae Bo. I like the fast paced work outs. Oh I couldn't give up pizza completely! Just count the calories and it's ok to have. My local pizza place does a great marinated chicken pizza. Wonderfully yummy!

I always like a whey protein shake with fat free milk and a handful of frozen fruit. Through it in the blender and it's ready in seconds. My most common breakfast though is a greek yogurt mixed with a high fiber cereal. It gives the yogurt crunch and filled with protein and fiber it will last me until lunch time.
