weighed in tis morning at 205.6 which is +.04 pounds since last weigh in. But im down 2.2 pounds since the beginning. the hardest part of this challengeis seeing the number go up and down the same 2 or3 pounds.why im staying is this group is because it keeps me motivated and on track.

today I am going to do a biggest loser workout even though im in pain from this sunburn

it wasn't a great week but not a bad one either. my goal for today was a little rest day and working on my sisters garden. Well we id the garden but we didn't have a ride home. So my sister and I ended up walking 3 miles taking turns pulling a wagon with a 3 and 4 year old and pushing a stroller.

Today was a pretty good workout day, goal was to walk 3 miles since I splurged a little on calories for our anniversary. well so far ive walked a little over 4 miles. And im going to try to get a short biggest loser workout done.

Its like a workout dvd. but the Kinect for the xbox can sense your body so it can tell you if your doing the moves right and theres also games and challenges and stuff its pretty fun. And I can gladly say I made it through 32 minutes of it. First real work out since having my baby almost a month ago.

Today I am doing some deep cleaning which requires going up and down stairs carrying heavy totes. so other then that my goal for today is doing 100 steps on my stair climber without taking a break.
