I am vegan - husband turned vegan 2013 and I slowly made my way there over the following few years :) I am in the UK

I'm also a returner 😅 lost about 2 stone but need to lose it again plus 1 more - 2 kids and a pandemic have not left me in the best shape ! I'm in the south of England :)

Hey, I have a 4yo and a 21m old. I've gained a lot this year because the gyms have been closed for lockdown (UK). They just reopened and I weighed myself and...yeah it's time to start again ! Should be easier to get to the gym this time because although my youngest is quite clingy when I'm there, she's fine with dad too…

Hello from Devon! Just managed to lost my lockdown weight and out of 'obese', next target is to get below 13st. Ultimate goal would be somewhere around the top BMI (11st 2) but not sure yet - been a while since I saw it !
-
Vegan here ! I'm actually just tracking weight at the moment and generically 'healthy eating' not calorie counting. I've just gone back to the gym and lost 4lb my first month so it's going ok ! :)
-
I've been doing it about 3 weeks now :) Enjoying it but need to watch the videos again. I find the sq/press/dl day so easy but the sq/bench/row one so hard. I am mildly hypermobile so I find it quite hard to control my elbows in those movements !

Devon/Somerset border over here!

I am 5'6 trying to lose about 21lb I think :) From the UK

my diary is open  I eat mostly vegan home-made meals.

Hey! I am 24, in Devon (went to uni in Soton!) - I am also 12st and aiming to get to 10st eventually. 11st is my first goal and then to re-assess.

Been doing cross fit for 2 months now :) Trying to lose some weight too. From the UK.
-
Hey, I am mostly vegan and also a new cross-fitter! I haven't been logging for a couple of weeks, I am trying to work out my diet at the moment as I am losing inches but not weight at the moment but you're welcome to add if you want :)
-
I am 5' 6 looking to go from 168 to about 140-147 :)
-
Hey, I am mostly vegan - my exception is that I have my own chickens and ducks so occasionally eat their eggs. I am 24 from Devon, UK :)
-
Devon! 24F, mostly vegan. Love cake. Add if similar! :)

I'm on day 18, but I don't do it every day so it's taken me about 2 months so far! :) It is hard but if I need to I just take a little break, so instead of 100 situps, I do 25 x 4.

Hey - I am mostly vegan, just starting weight loss again. From Devon, UK. :)

No, I know, it just seems to come up as a substitute in a lot of recipes. Works for me because I don't tend to keep eggs in that often whereas apple sauce can stay in the fridge for ages. Although I guess if it means I can make cakes more easily then it might be a bad thing :P
-
Yep, you can buy apple sauce here! I bought some from Sainsburys for about 80p as it's used to substitute for eggs in a lot of vegan/healthy baking. It was in the 'condiments' area (pickle, mint sauce etc) if that helps!

21, at university in Southampton :) I exercise to earn chocolate, haha :)
-
Just the chest strap; it has two specific bits of fabric on it that you need to wet to conduct the signal.

I got mine at Christmas, and I noticed the calorie burn was very high (higher than gym machines and higher than I 'felt' I was working) I think they count the calories you would normally burn anyway? So e.g. if it normally takes me 80 calories an hour to live, and the HRM says I've burnt 500 in an hour, I've really only…

Health Psychology Masters course in the uk :)
-
Why exercise if you eat back the calories? So I can eat more! :D
