  • I have both the Wii and Kinect and definitely say that the Kinect is better for fitness in my opinion. I find you have to put in more energy and effort with Kinect. My favourite games at the moment are Zumba and Biggest Loser.
  • I love Kinect Zumba, it really gets you moving and sweating alot, would defo recommend it.
  • I'm a fan of Zumba and Biggest Loser for Kinect they both give you a good workout and Zumba in particular gets your heart rate up. Personally I was not keen on Your Shape and have now got fed up with Dance Central.
  • I'm a fan of Zumba and Biggest Loser, I had Dance Central for 5 months then got sick of it and have traded it in. Defo recommend Zumba as uses loads of energy and Biggest Loser is great for specific exercises such as squats and lunges, both leave me with a few aches the next day. Enjoy.
