    I like: Shopping
    I don't like: Not being able to buy the clothes I want to wear
    Current typical or usual exercise: 30 day shred - Finished Level 1 now need to push myself to start Level 2 after a few days off
    Current Starting Weight: 169
    Aim for next week: 168 or less :)
    Personal 14 week Goal: Minimum 14lbs loss

    Happy to have no chocolate this week, seem to be going off it, shame that isn't the same for all bad foods :)

    Weight today 107.5kg (sorry those of an imperial persuasion!).
    No chocolate all week then. Tricky.

    Seems others are posting extra stuff..., so:

    Week 1 - no chocolate, I am loving this challenge :flowerforyou: we can all do it! I look forward to hopefully posting I've lost my first 1lb at least this time next week!

    Day 1 of no chocolate. So far, been up for 20 minutes...no desire for chocolate....yet.....I hope the rest of the week is going as well as this.

    Hi all!!

    Location: Newfoundland, Canada
    I like: spending time with my family ( including our kitten!) reading, exercising, watching movies, going for walks and just having fun!

    I don't like: when my alarms goes off too early in the morning!

    Current typical or usual exercise: This week I started doing Turbo Jam (20min. workout) + JM Shred-5x a week. I love beachbody workouts and I just ordered Turbo Fire so I'm anxiously waiting on that to arrive!

    Current Starting Weight: 147
    Aim for next week: 146

    I would love to join too. I am already in a group that aims at 30lbs till Christmas but I said all along that whatever I lose will be great. So I will take the 14lbs as my minimum and the 30lbs as my max. Also I love the weekly challenge! So please count me in :smile:

    I almost had a stroke when I realized the no chocolate thing should probably include my white chocolate dream peanut butter. Technically, I don't know if it really counts since white chocolate doesn't contain cocoa like regular chocolate. But I might as well REALLY challenge myself ... hrumph.

    Hey Bikinimission, I still don't plan on weighing myself more than once a month - hope that doesn't mess up your spreadsheet. You know me and my standoff with that scale though :wink:

    I didn't mention on my initial profile, I'm starting Power 90 on October 1st.

    Ok I am in!!!! This will help with getting me motivated for those last 10 pounds!!

    I like: Candy, 'do it yourself' projects and being social
    I don't like: veggies, giving up my diet pepsi and negative people
    Current typical or usual exercise: zumba, trying to get my act together and get to the gym more often
    Current Starting Weight: 136 ish
    Aim for next week: get back to the 135 I saw on the weekend
    Personal 14 week Goal: 130 which is my goal weight ( it has been an ongoing project for about 4 years and I have lost 52 pounds so far)

    I Like: Green and Black's dark chocolate, spending time with my baby daughter
    I Don't Like: Having to explain myself when I'm eating out - no I can't just have a blow out tonight
    Current typical or usual exercise : Running when I can fit it in and dog walking

    Heya, Week 1 starts today, no chocolate for one week til next Wednesday. Post your weight next Wednesday. Week 2's challenge will be posted on Tuesday for everyone's info!

    Strangely enough I don't normally have a problem in avoiding chocolate (none for about 4 weeks now) but now that I CAN'T have it I want it! lol I will prevail!

    This is an awesome idea and I'm down for a challenge!!

    Here's my info:


    Location: Columbus, Georgia (USA)

    I like: Sports, Shopping and Hanging with my family. :heart:
    I don't like: Sourcream! Ewwww...blah blah blah.
    Current typical or usual exercise: Elliptical for 30-45 minutes / 5 days a week. (7 would be better)
    Current Starting Weight: 172
    Aim for next week: 171 but really want 170 :bigsmile:
    Personal 14 week Goal: I'm going for the big one.....17 will put me at my pre-1st baby weight of 155. I will totally be happy with 14 though.

    1st challenge is ok for me. I'm not big on chocolate. Lord help me if you ever challenge us to not eat a baked potato. :laugh:
