It was a shock to us both. Lots of reads and upset but we got our heads round it and now can't wait. Agree with all the…

I tend to youtube prenatal weights and choose something to do twice a week. I used to crossfit and stopped about 3 months before getting pregnant. hi both. I found my maintenance by changing my settings to my current weight (as i've gained about 14lbs) and then when it asked how much i wanted to lose weekly I clicked maintain, I think it offered me around 2100 calories i'm going slightly over or trying to stick with it, just to keep me mindful of what i'm eating.…

It may well be over played, or a new diet myth. I can only comment on what worked for me. I lost weight, toned up and my body looks so much better as a result. Mentally incorporating weight and strength training has also stopped my fruitlessly wishing to be 'Thin' - being fir and strong and healthy and able to use my body…

I was still fat...... Now,…

STOP WEIGHING EVERY DAY from a biological point of veiw your body fluctuates over time. If you have to, once a week is more than enough... put the scales away and look at your body and how you feel, weighing every day will show changes that may discourage you plus, its a 20 min a day work out, you aren't gonna see a huge…
