It wasn't on purpose. THe chicken I ate at the end of the day was about 150 grams according to this website. That is what threw me over. Now granted, I do have alot of fat to lose so if what some have said is true, (1 gram per pound of body weight, then 215 grams would be my goal.)... LOL

I felt better after my temper tantrum. I got so pissed because when I do other "fad diets" like the 17 day diet, or no sugar, I lose like crazy BUT of course I am not able to sustain. Like everyone else said, it is a lifestyle change, therefore I have committed to do it the right way. I just was beside myself this time…

I just did Aqua Zumba yesterday for the first time. I say Aqua Zumba is IT!!! LOVED IT.... My instructor said to go to where the water is at your arm pit level, that helped.,,,,,She also said that you can burn like 1100 calories in an hour.....
