I slept wrong Monday Night so woke up with a stiff neck that I just now got over. Feel Free to add me - I am in the same boat as everyone else. Was moderately thin - could have lost about 10 or so pounds at any given point, but was 180 a few years after high school. Was about 140 all through high school. After my daughter was born, I lost about 50 pounds and then gained it all back slowly but surely.…

The same as what a lot of people put on here - switch up the pasta for whole grain or something similar. Smaller portion sizes and go out for a walk or do some exercise that will allow you to burn additional calories and add some back into your day. Good luck! :heart:

Mine is very sugary sweet foods like cake and candy And way too much pizza and fast food when the hubby and I wouldn't bring anything for lunch (which was more often than not). I blame myself more than the food, but now it's all good and I am definitely more conscious of what I eat. :heart:

I am a newbie too but what I am seeing is great! Keeping track is such a wonderful way to see what you are consuming on a daily basis.
