  • Tonight was Fire 30 and then I did CEX Extreme Abs after...Im not really following the TF schedule as I am doing my own sort of hybrid of TF and CEX... I had been focusing on CEX for a while but wasnt seeing any movement on the scale so I am really trying to step up the cardio lately...since incorporating more TF the last…
  • Wow! you look amazing! You look like a totally different person....especially in your face! Awesome job!
  • I did Fire 30 today when I got home from work...I always like that one as a quickie work out...eventhough its only 30 minutes long it still kicks my butt!!! I did pretty good with my food today, but Im still hungry right now! I hate going to bed hungry... hopefully I'll just be able to fall asleep soon without going to…
  • Hi everyone! Great job with all the workouts! Today I did TF55EZ; I really like that one...it's a bit longer than I like, but there is a lot of upper body work in that workout, which I really love! My arms are by far the worst part of my body...but slowly but surely my arms are getting more toned... I really think the CEX…
  • Hi everyone! thanks for the responses regarding my calories and food! I will take the suggestions into consideration :) it does scare me though to try and increase my calories...but I think that probably may be what I need to do. So today I did CEX Lean 2 and TF Low HIIT 20...I dont think I had enough food in my system…
  • So Im 5'4, 151 pounds, 37 years old...just had a baby 6 months ago and have lost most of my baby weight, but want to get down to 135. I've been doing CEX 3 days a week and just started adding TF back into the mix...so on CEX weight days I do a TF HIIT and on non CEX days I have been doing TF 45 or 55...I have been eating…
  • Hi everyone! So I am curious what you all are doing with regard to your eating? are you solely counting calories? and if so are you eating your exercise calories back? Im having a heck of a time getting below 151! Its driving me nuts...I have been at that weight or a few pounds heavier since January! I have tried switching…
  • I just added myself to this group as I too am looking for some support...I have been doing Turbo Fire for a few months now, along with Chalene Extreme, but I need to recommit myself to Turbo Fire. So you can add me as well and hopefully we can all help each other along with this journey...I log in daily and have been doing…
  • Wow! Congrats girl! that is an amazing job!!! What did you do with regard to your food/calories?
  • I do have a HRM and I usually burn 450-650 calories, depending upon the workout...however, the TurboFire booklet says I should be eating like 1800 calories per day in order to lose 1 pound a week...that just seems like a lot of calories to be taking in.
  • HI there, I can totally relate to what you are feeling. I gained 50 pounds with my first and it took me nearly 3 years to get it all off... I was depressed for those entire 3 years, but I honestlyh wasnt doing anything to change the way I looked or felt. It wasnt until my daughter was 2 years old or so that I decided I had…
  • Wow! you look truly amazing!!! I know you said you did this through diet and exercise. Do you mind elaborating on this a bit? what exactly were you doing with food? watching calories, carbs, a specific diet? and exercise, how much and how often and where you focusing on cardio, weights or both? sorry for all the questions,…

  • So I went to the gym yesterday, to do week 1/day 2 and as I was starting out on my 1 minute run I thought "lets see how long I can actually run before having to stop." So instead of doing 1 minute I did 11!!! I have been playing with run/walking for some time now and the longest I had gone before was 3 minutes, but this…
  • Im in too!! I did my first day on Monday 9/5...I have been walk/jogging on and off for several weeks now, but have decided to really follow the program and learn to run...my husband and I are doing our first 5K on November 5th and I'd really like to run most of it :) Tonight I will do day 2 of week 1...looking forward to…
  • Wow, thanks everyone for the quick responses!!!
  • What gym offers this class?
  • Awesome job girl!!! I too started at that weight and have been at it since Feb, but am only down 13 pounds :( You must be more dedicated with regard to your food...I too work out quiet a bit, but I need to be more disciplined with my food...I think if I were to finally step it up in that area I would see more results!…

  • What does lemon flavor fish oil do? hadnt heard of this before...am interested to find out about it. Thanks.
  • I agree with all of what has been said, especially about the sodium. I too need to get more disciplined when it comes to my sodium! But I overall think you need to eat more. Everyday you are under in your calories and you are earning exercise calories on top of that. I can see from what you said in your inital post that…
  • Thank you so much for responding with how often you lift and with your routine. I do have another question. When you were loosing your weight, were you primarily doing cardio and then once to your goal you incorporated lifting? and how much cardio were you doing each week when you were in weight loss mode? Thank you again…
  • WOW!!! Awesome results! May I ask how many times per week you are lifting weights? also, what type of program, food and exercise, did you follow to loose your baby weight? your stats are similar to mine.
