I use home grown strawberries or raspberries and a teaspoon of runny honey. Peanut butter sounds delicious!

I make my Double Chocolate Peanut Butter yogurt just about everyday.

I start with a 1/2 cup of Fage's nonfat plain yogurt, add in a teaspoon of peanut butter, a scoop of chocolate protein powder and stir until very smooth. Then I add in 2 tablespoons of Quaker granola, 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips (this is my daily chocolate fix), and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds (need those Omega3s and antioxidants).

I do another quick stir and that's my breakfast. Yum!

Usually fresh fruit and chia seeds for breakfast. But I also use it instead of sour cream on baked potatoes and lately I've been eating it with steamed broccoli. If I'm hungry at the end of the day and I have a bunch of calories left over, then I'll melt peanut butter and put it in along with honey and crumbled up graham crackers. Yesterday I mixed some pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice in it and used it as a dip.

I use Greek honey and walnuts if I am eating it alone...too die for good. But otherwise I use it instead of sour cream almost all the time.

so you'd use it on a baked potato or a taco?
Yes to both of those. I think it depends on the brand, though. I've found that the Fage tastes just like sour cream, but the Kirkland brand I bought last time doesn't so much. Kirkland may be cheaper, but I think I'm going back to Fage next time.

I've been eating mine like this. I place it in a 9 ounce plastic container in this order:

10 frozen raspberries (I bought a bunch on sale a few weeks ago)
1 packet Splenda (or sweetener of your choice)
    8 ounces yogurt

I throw it together at home and by the time I get to work, the raspberries are thawed. I mix it all up at that point and the raspberries release juice and get smushy and make it all completely yummy. I still have some frozen blueberries, so when the raspberries are gone, I'm switching.

I've also added some granulated onion and garlic, and a pinch of salt, to the yogurt and made my own onion veggie dip.

Last night I stirred in some pumpkin butter with the Vanilla Almond Just the Clusters cereal from Trader Joe's(in some 0% Fage). :drinker:

Crushed bananas in plain greek yogurt is delicious and SUPER filling. I use 1/2 cup plain yogurt and one small or medium banana.

Yep, all the time. If a sauce or soup calls for it, I use it there too.

I like to add sugar free instant jello mix. For example, if you mix a tbsp or two of the sugar free cheesecake jello mix in with plain greek yogurt and add a bit of honey or sweetener it tastes just like cheesecake! And there are so many flavors :)

I also like to add fruit, granola, ground flax seeds, fruit preserves (currently in love with raspberry and peach), and occasionally I'll bake it with sugar on top to make a breakfast creme brulee :) YUM.

Also, I use it instead of sour cream, like in my mashed potatoes, with veggies, and on meat.

wow! What a help this post has been. Never thought of adding some of these things like the jello and the pudding/peanut butter..
I will add dill weed and some garlic salt and use for a dip with carrots/celery.
  • sweet- honey, homemade apple butter, no-sugar added fruit spreads, fresh or frozen berries (dark cherries are the best IMO!), low-fat granolas...

savory- anything that calls for sour cream, mixed with tuna to make tuna salad, all sorts of dips!

i love Greek yogurt so much. i was being cheap last week and just bought plain blended yogurt, and it's been a real rough week. XD

this thread is giving me many more ideas...

Oh man, anything and everything - I also put my Greek yogurt in stuff! I pretty much use it in place of sour cream/cream cheese/mayonnaise! It's great as raita (with cucumber, mint, garlic and celery seed), or a taco topping (chipotle peppers, lime and cilantro), in smoothies, or with any kind of berry, mango, nuts, canned pumpkin/honey mixed in...I love Greek Yogurt :D

Grape nuts, but you have to measure just a small amount because they are calorie dense. Fresh blueberries are yum, too.

I add garlic salt some grated parmesan and a little salt and pepper. Then I dip veggies in it. Hey, it might be good with dry ranch dressing mix in it too.

    cocoa powder & splenda.

juice from a lemon & splenda.

    berries.

pumpkin purée, pumpkin pie spice & splenda.

    homemade applesauce.

rarely, because I'll eat too much of it ... walnuts & pure maple syrup.

My current fave Greek yogurt is Oikos 2%. I also like Liberté brand.

    Granola!!
I keep four different varieties of granola around and pick whichever one is best for my needs (more protein/less calories/no sugar/ect)
I usually buy the flavored chobani, pinapple is so yum, and blueberry with honey granola tastes just like a muffin.
I am for sure buying some plain and making a veggie dip now though, I miss veggie dips so much!
  • flaxseed, oats, cinnamon, stevia, protein powder, berries...

However, I am definately going to try it with peanut butter now! YUM!

Wanted to say thanks, today I bought some plain fat free and used it on my baked potato. Yum! I'm for sure going to find some uses for the rest of that container!
