Hello, I am picking it up again too. I was not exercising and not tracking my food for a few months. I have a hard time losing weight so not exercising and tracking my food doesn't help. I am like Hattie I love some sweets after dinner....it's so hard but I am trying to stay away from them.

My opinion is to try not to talk about how over weight she is but put it in terms of making changes to be healthy. sounds to me that your friend has a touch of the green eyed monster. Don't let her comments stop you from working out. I would tell her with a smile on my face how great I feel and will continue to work out. I would also tell her that her habbits are will make her age quickly.:o)

Hello and welcome! I take Zumba every Monday morning. I love it because it's dance moves and you really sweat. I track it as aerobic which includes dancing. My class is 45 minutes and it's about 273 calories burned. Have fun and much success
