  • I switched my peanut butter to the Smart Balance Brand and can't taste a difference
  • I love the Hydroxcut Drink Packets :happy: They seem to work for me as far as curbing my appetite. So, if thats what you were looking for then I think it will help.
  • I would suggest that maybe you talk to your doctor again about what activites you can do. I know that things like walking. Household activities such as digging in a garden, raking leaves, mowing the grass and vacuuming are also fine. Just be sure to clear your activity with your doctor.

  • I usually drink a glass of Diet Rite once in a while and that has zero everything and its made with splenda :smile: However once in a while I also dab into a 8 oz glass of diet pepsi as well. I think its all fine as long as its in moderate.
