You can't beat yourself up like this! Making the step to start to lose weight is a huge one. There will be mistakes, and overages. That is the amazing part of this website, it lets you create a diet that will work for you :) Try to get a walk in, otherwise wake up tomorrow and know that it is a new day! Have fun with this!…

This sounds like it could work for me. I really do not like running, but I find that while I am trying to exercise inside, I get bored easily. Maybe I should try this program outside. Thanks for the link, and good luck to you!

That sounds yummy, I do mine with a tortilla shell, Tomato sauce, then I had some garlic powder and crushed red pepper to it. Then I put a little reduced fat cheese, and a couple turkey pepperonis. Comes to about 240 calories and SO yummy! :)

P90X is a super intense fitness system that is getting to be a pretty big deal I guess. HRM is a heart rate moniter. and the others answered the other ones. Good luck!

I don't really know about a specific program, but I just need something to help tone I suppose. I have horrible knees, so it's hard to find something I can stick with. I am just a push up challenge, and that seems to he helping but I would love to improve my cardio.

W2D2 Column 2, max of 15 (barely) Total of 55! I am hurting, I will probably have to repeat this week, but I can totally tell a difference!

I started yesterday, my initial test (done on sunday) was 10 pushups. I am doing regular push ups, and looking forward to the challenge. I am also doing the 200 sit up challenge, so I am a little sore today, but I am extremely excited. :)
