1- I got a new recumbent bike for my house 2 - I burned more calories moving furniture than I do doing 30DS 3- I had a latte late in the evening to wind down.. yum

My SIL told me about this and so here I am to join. I bought her the DVD as a gift, so I have to do it too!! I started today, but I am ready to go for 31 days!!! I will be doing each day as I am that body in motion type. Once the body stops, it likes to stay! I added my measurements to the sheet. Thanks!

I think that talking with her and then setting a healthy calorie goal is ok. Then she can see what that junk food choices are doing. Soon enough she is going to be in High school and those choices will starting sticking in places she does not like. I think having her be aware of the choices that she makes - healthy vs junk…

Breakfast - I love Oatmeal with a TBSP of chopped nuts and 1/4 cup of raisins. Get the instant, plain kind. You can add hot water to it and be done in a hurry. For most of us, it will tighten up once the vast majority of fat is gone. Skin adheres to muscles once the fat is gone. Keep at it. It will all catch up in time. For a good while I looked like I had aged 15 years when my fat face deflated. It is now much better and I am still half way to my goal.
