You could also do mashed sweet potatoes. They are so healthy for you!

This year I told my family that the focus was going to be on spending time together and being thankful for all the we have. It is not all about eating til we are miserable. I am making all healthy options and I am betting that we have just as much fun as if we ate calorie laden crap.

Turkey with mashed sweet potatoes, a fresh salad and some roasted winter sqaush will be the main features.

I am going to make a berry crisp with splenda and frozen berries rather than pie and whipped cream as well.

sounds great, CBK mom. i was thinking of doing something other than pot roast for christmas... maybe a leaner meat like steaks... but still thinking about that one.
