I went to www.bodybuilding.com and researched a ton of programs on there before I narrowed one down and found workouts I would actually consistently do. Like others have said, you just have to experiment until you find what works for you.

I made it through part of week 4 of Alpha last week but got at terrible cold and haven't been back at it. I'm finally starting to feel better so I think I'm going to jump back into week 4 like I never left!

I felt the same way after the first few workouts (I'm on week 3 right now) - but I found stretching for a bit longer helped. Now I'm not as sore after finishing the workouts. Keep at it, you'll feel better! And if you have to, use Tanya - the modified moves are still effective!

I just found this group - thankfully! I'm on week 3 of Alpha. I'm glad to hear good feedback on Beta, although if Alpha is the base I have a lot more work to do on my coordination!

Well done. Keep up all your hard work!

Fantastic job! Your hard work is showing.

I've been on the site, off and on, but am re-committing! And while I have some wonderful supportive friends on here, quite a few have gone silent in the past few months. I'm 42 and married with two young children (5 and 3) - also work full-time so life is busy. Feel free to add me!

You've done a great job and you look fantastic! Your hard work has paid off and 85 pounds is a huge accomplishment! I was close to my goal weight last year (so close!) and then totally sabotaged myself and ended up gaining more weight than when I started. So I understand what you're saying. I let logging slide until I…
