I went to www.bodybuilding.com and researched a ton of programs on there before I narrowed one down and found workouts I would actually consistently do. Like others have said, you just have to experiment until you find what works for you.

I made it through part of week 4 of Alpha last week but got at terrible cold and haven't been back at it. I'm finally starting to feel better so I think I'm going to jump back into week 4 like I never left!

I felt the same way after the first few workouts (I'm on week 3 right now) - but I found stretching for a bit longer helped. Now I'm not as sore after finishing the workouts. Keep at it, you'll feel better! And if you have to, use Tanya - the modified moves are still effective!

I just found this group - thankfully! I'm on week 3 of Alpha. I'm glad to hear good feedback on Beta, although if Alpha is the base I have a lot more work to do on my coordination!

I have a bad knee too - only about 30% ACL remaining in my one knee with a ton of scar tissue around the knee cap. I go to physio once a week and check a lot of my exercises with my physiotherapist. He tells me to stay away from squats and lunges but recommends wall sits. I still do squats and lunges but don't sink all the…

Hi - this is week 3 for me. I've lost 3 pounds and have also lost about 3 inches. I'm looking forward to seeing more results as I keep going. Amazingly enough my stamina is increasing after such a short time - it's nice to see because the first few videos had me rethinking this workout!
