  • Boy do I hear you. I get the guy equivalent, which is people calling me "big guy", like "hey, big guy, how's it going?" It's not going all that well now that you just basically said "Hey, fatty, how's your day?" I can't wait to never be called "big guy" ever again.

  • I've started putting avocado slices on my salads... add a little bit of lime juice and some fruit (try strawberries or dried cranberries/raisins) and it creates such an AWESOME flavor! I don't even need dressing on my salads anymore.

  • If you like store bought hummus, try to find a Greek or Mediterranean restaurant near you. If it's even halfway decent, their hummus will probably blow away the store bought!
