Good morning team, wishing you all big loses this week. 245.2 I really need to begin exercising, work and my toddler takes up so much of my time but I'm going to make that next week's goal. Do 30 minutes of exercise at least 3x.

Thank you. I have a few resistance bands and I believe I still have the door attachment I'm just not sure how to install it on the door so I've never used it. Is it simple or can I do the program without and still see results?

Thanks, I think I'll just bite the bullet and buy it. Will it be an issue if I don't use the resistance band in the doorway? I don't have a bench but I've bought a stability ball and I have bowflex dumbbells but that's it.
