Lose 2 Pounds/Week 2017

Hey all - I have about 100 pounds I'd like to lose this year. I'd like to have a spot where I can hold myself accountable. Feel free to join in and post your progress weekly. I am starting at 260 pounds. My first goal is to hit 175 and from there I'd like to hit 150.

    In! I'm starting at 192 and would like to get to my usual weight of 170 first, then 160, and possibly 150 but that might be too low.

    Life stresses got the worst of me which include sugar, bread, pasta, fried foods, sweets and just about anything that is unhealthy for you. I've been really cutting back on all the trigger foods and removing them from the home and our every day meal plans. I've been going strong with SouthBeach for the last few days and it's going OK so far.
