    OK I am all in on this challenge! This is what I wanted to try and set a goal for this year and just stumbled across this. I wanted to get from 307 to 220, but what the heck I'll go for 207 and try for the 100.

    I started off slow, but I am averaging 2.5 lbs per week since Jan 2.

    BTW I have created an excel spreadsheet where you only enter your weight each week and then copy and paste the results onto this page its actually very simple if anyone wants it let me know. It calculates the running average over the year per week....and thats the number that this challenge is all about!

    Hey guys! I’m just starting today so I’m a little behind in this challenge, but I’m excited and would love any tips and suggestions!! My first weigh in will be on 3/20 :)

    Had another good week, and two in a row. I'm starting to buy into this HIIT thing its really the only difference since prior weeks. (The initial 7 lbs is the first week i started at the gym so its mostly water). I''m averaging 2.64 lbs/week so far...however i'm going on vacation tomorrow for 10 days so I hope to not damage this progress too much.
