Plain greek yogurt for sour cream! It tastes amazing! Other options are spinach for lettuce and butternut squash for meat in wraps. Yummy!

I have been doing hip hop abs by Shaun T faithfully and walking. I love it. My husband recently brought my son an Xbox Kinect for Christmas. I have been doing Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2012 on that.

Fast food and restaurant food are just horrible for the waist line. A slice of cheesecake at The Cheesecake Factory can easily run you 1000 calories

I saw changes in my weight first. I've been doing this since the beginning of June and I've lost 3 inches in my waist so far.

I am a teacher and I have the summer off. I have the opposite problem. I have been working out everyday .... 3 to 4 routines a day. When school starts back in August I will have to go to 1 routine a day .... if that. School plus grad school plus having a kid takes up a lot of my time. I have the ability to be MORE active…

I cant wait to see what recipes are posted. I've tried to make smoothies using the greek yogurt. I hated them. I now use the jamba juice premade smoothies.

I've done Insanity. It drove me INSANE lol Right now I'm doing Hip Hop Abs(I've lost 2 inches so far) mixed with a little Zumba and Leslie Sansone's 5 mile walk. I look forward to starting 30 Day Shred when I finish my 60 days of Hip Hop Abs.

No I've neverbeen a big water drinker. I use to hate it actually ;/ I've been doing 4-5 cups a day but recently kicked it up to 8+
