Thanks everyone! I love peanut butter & I think the powdered peanut butter will be a lottttt better than using the regular stuff packed with the fat and calories. I will try it today :)

I agree with the people who posted before me! 2 pounds max per week is the healthiest, but depending on your body you could lose more. Good luck!

The Biggest Loser game I have has the calorie count on the bottom of the screen while i work out. So I would log the exercise as aerobics and change the calorie count.
